Yes, that happens to me too. I switch to a high protein high calorie diet to minimize weight loss... but talk to your Dr before trying it.

I am sorry that your feeling down. And you have to understand that sometimes others, even the ones in here are stuggling with thier own issues and they don't mean to overlook yours. I visit the forums a lot and this is the first time I think that I have seen you post or express your feelings. So maybe you need to talk about what you have faced in life so far and how it effects you. Our emotions are what tell us that or brains are overloaded and confused. It often is like a injured leg sending a signal of pain. Only our brains send that signal by expressing emotions. Often feeling frightened and confused will cause our digestive track to feel it too. I know that I have to be careful because it definitely effects mine. Even the loss of hunger can be from stress. You have to take time to sort things out. You have to try to work on the issues one thing at a time, thats what the brain likes, and thats what calms it down. That is why, when we see a therapist we seem to feel better as we break it down gradually and get support. I hope you have a good therapist, if not find one, it can help alot. If you can work on yourself and learn to love yourself, well, others will respond to that. Sometimes others are put off when they see someone who is having a hard time emotionally as they often don't know what to do or say. It really isn't you, or that something cant get better or change. You have to work on YOU. Open Eyes ![]() |

Hello, carinheart. We each are responsible for our own well-being. I can no more make someone else happy than I could turn water into wine.
May you find the support and understanding you seek here. |
