Coping and Sress Management Skills test Coping & Stress Management Skills Test - Research shows that it isn't necessarily the nature of the stressor that drives people to dizzying heights of fist-clenching, jaw-grinding, cold-sweating states of stress and panic. The key factor is one's response to a stressful situation

http://cl1.psychtests.com/bin/transfer

i took the test and see i have some work to do on coping well. i am very aware of my reactions to stress but even with therapy helping me i find it difficult to cope under certain situations.

I have a number of strengths and abilities. Coping with stress would not be one of them, lol.

I wonder if your link is working? Maybe that is why no responses?

Couldn't get the link to work? Would be interested in trying the assessment, though!

I found the psychtests.com test here:
http://cl1.psychtests.com/take_test.php?idRegTest=2981
That's probably the page madisgram meant to link to.

The one at Psychology Today that The Byz linked to appears to be a longer version, 84 questions instead of 10. "After finishing the test, you will receive a Snapshot Report with an introduction, a graph and a personalized interpretation for one of your test scores. You will then have the option to purchase the full results."

According to the test, I have pretty good coping skills. That was what I thought, too, but 'twas not always so.

Madisgram's original link seems to be to the results page, not to the page where you take the test. The website software seems to get confused when you try to come in by that route. I found the front door and posted the link here.

Going to take the test now, but noticed your Ayn Rand quote. Nice touch. Gave me a bit of a smile on a day that's... getting very serious for me. ANy way thanks for the reminder of the vision.
