get your local phone book or go online and look at community services in your local area.
There should be something there. Or do you know if you have a national line for kids to call? We have a kidshelp line here. They can talk to you annonomusly. |

I can't get to the phone book right now. If I tried to get it, my parents would want to know why. I don't want them to know just yet. I'll get it when they go to bed.

Someone at NAMI may be able to tell about the patient/psychotherapist privilege and any exceptions to the right to confidentiality.
