A big way I've been coping with my emotions is thru writing. I'm currently working on a book.

It really helps take the focus away from my pain and into developing characters, working on POV, researching and improving grammar and usage.

What do you do?

Hello, Jane. Having finally accepted I cannot change the past nor control the future, I spend my days attempting to not ruminate nor stress. Yesterday, for example, I winked at an assistant manager of a restaurant, and her husband had me escorted from the premises. A bit radical, I admit, but Steve Martin's skits have been influential.

That must have been some wink!!!

I've also been getting this craving to paint. Something about making colors blend into on another calms me down.
