i have always had trouble dealing with my emotions the only way i know how is to keep them inside but i know its not healthy and the best thing to do is talk about how your feeling and cry but i just cant do it and end up feeling even more stressed and depressed how can i just let go

welcome to pc, pandora. it's good you want to change this behavior. i used to do it too, still do at times especially anger and not being validated by others. i stuff it and that causes depression.
