sad and unbearable pain (possible trigger)

So sad this morning, a friend of mine was found dead in his bed this morning, and just told he had overdosed.

He was a mutual friend of my other friend and it's almost unbearable to hear her cry, it's ripping my heart out from inside out!

all those questions we are now left with...WHY!!!!!!

My dad suicided a long time ago. I'm sorry your hurting. I can remember the pain. It is done. He is gone. The only person responsable, unless there are circumstances I'm not aware of, is him. It was his choice. His responsability.

Talk it out. cry. ask for help. find support.

Don't try to understand, it will not bring him back. Take care of yourself.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. I just wish I could wrap you in my arms and give you a big hug. Losing someone we know and love is always hard. I pray that you will find strength to cope with loss during this time. There are many of us here who are willing to provide support

I am so sorry for your loss. All you can do is be there for your friend, sounds like she needs a shoulder to cry on. take care of yourself too.

my moms best friend had shot herself, not long after my mom talked to her... whats worse is she talked to my mom about "if people who had committed suicide went to heaven" as if for another person but really was asking for herself.... my mom felt so guilty so I know that your friend really, really needs you right now..

I'm so sorry to hear about that. My bestfriend died in 7th grade in a car crash. I think of him all the time. I started crying reading your post because I know how it feels to lose someone you loved so much. Praying for you.
