The fact the Ryder you are the better customer service you get. An old lady was so rude to me today and demanded a discount on something, I said no, she complained to the boss, he gave it her for FREE and told me to use my common sense in future, made me feel like poo and this was whilst I was on my UNPAID meal break. Angry? Try f ing furious.

Being around people in general does it for me. Most of them have ugly attitudes and stare and try to get into my head anyway. People drove me to another breakdown at my last job and they fired me for it. Getting fired from that hellish place with those hellish people was the best thing that happened to me all year.

My biggest angry-maker today: poor client service & major incompetence. When I have to help someone else do their job because of all their mistakes ... and I am the CLIENT!

What makes me angry is when people seem to need to insert their nasty comments about me knowing that I am trying to work on my issues and am struggling along to do just that. It DOES trigger me and makes me angry. I feel that if someone else feels they are better etc, fine, go do your better and let me find my way too.
A long time ago when my daughter was taking riding lessons from this so called professional trainer, my daughter also brought her friend who wanted lessons too. Well, this little girl was a beginner and didn't know very much. This trainer sat down next to me and made a comment about the little girl not being much of a rider at all and he was snotty. Well, that was it for me because after all this little girl WAS A BEGINNER AND THEY DO NOT KNOW MUCH, hense a teacher is needed? Boy I will never forget that, I could not believe it. I eventually removed my daughter from this mans instruction and went somewhere else. It was like this trainer wasn't interested in really teaching he just wanted made up little riders, and that is what some trainers want too. When I taught myself, I made sure every student was treated fairly and respected no matter what their riding ability was, after all it was my job to teach them. Open Eyes |

When someone takes my words or actions out of texts and *assumes* what they want. I guess they can read my mind and what I say isn't what I mean
 Another is when your driving along doing a little over the speed limit having a nice peaceful ride and some idiot decides to pull out in front of you (even though there are no cars behind me) and not even get close to the speed limit... I'd like to run them off the road!

The sound of someone snoring brings on a terrible anger. Even if it is a tv commercial. Slow drivers and people who don't use punctuation. This goes back to Catholic school, though. We were drilled so hard about that and spelling so when I see someone's poor skills this gets me going (a little). We were never able to get away with it.
Over time (the past four months or so) I have learned a few coping skills to deal with anger issues and they are starting to work. |

Spelling mistakes (even though I make some) English is my second language!! And I am trying to dael with it ( teaching gr 4's kinda help ) and people who lie, including my husband! I start feeling hot, my face glows and if I don't walk away KABOOOOOM!!!! You'll have a mouthful from me!

Yeah....people who lie, that one gets to me too. Especially if it is over small stuff that doesn't really matter, or just made up stuff for no reason at all.
(example; someone you know speaks up at a meeting and says they are a vegetarian{you know they aren't} and throws a spanner into the works, because everyone just agreed on what to order for lunch!!! wtf................  )
