Lately, my usual mood swings I tend to have after I get frustrated playing video games have been getting worse. The anger from the games has been piling on quicker, leading to more mistakes which causes more anger and so on; afterwards, I tend to have a mood drop, going from angry to sad/depressed, which usually lasts for only a half hour to an hour or so. Recently, the drop has been more severe, seeming to be worse every time. Does anyone know any ways I could either reduce this mood drop, or eliminate it all together?
Also, slightly unrelated, but I have Asperger's Syndrome, and I was wondering if there was any link between getting childishly angry about things like video games or if it's just me being irrational.
