Have I upset anyone? It is a feeling I have, I kind of think I am annoying and I know I can be all I can is that I am sorry.

I have not seen the google thread they are speaking of, but I think I will need to check it out!

Well I am relatively new here but I can say you have done nothing to upset me
But I think this feeling is part of our illness - I know I am always thinking I am doing things wrong. Or upsetting people. I too liked your google thread but as my name brought back the obvious picture I did not post it - but I do check in to see what other got

I do agree with the above poster, who mentioned that many of us kind of carry a paranoia around with us. She put it better though.  I know that I do ~ 9 times out of 10, I could swear that no one here likes me anymore. I just try to ignore that paranoia & reach out as usual.Maybe I'm right and nobody has the hueves to reach out and tell me to shut up already, until then, I'll keep on talking. Because I can't tell the diff. between reality and paranoia. Hugs sent your way hon!!

Yeah sorry, I do often get paranoid especially when I feel low I need to work on this when I start therapy.
