So right at the moment I'm 12 and when I talk to my parents they sometimes get made and sometimes hit me and say these of how they wish I was never born, why I'm like this, I should hit my head on the wall etc.
what doesn't help is that I have nobody to talk to and they don't even care of I cry.
My sister doesn't help because she takes my parents side and doesn't even give my opinion a second thought.
I speak nicely towards them and they just lash out at me and I go to my room and allow the tears to fall.
Therapy isn't an option and I can't go up to them and talk about it because they'll yell and scream at me.
I feel alone and there's no way out! There is no way I can cope with all of this!

Bless your heart, I'm so sorry. Parents sometimes get too busy, and sometimes they lose their temper when they shouldn't.

Can you talk to your counselor at school? EVERY school has a counselor. Ask your teacher if you can talk to one. Or ask the principal if you can. Tell the principal that you NEED to talk to a counselor about some things that are bothering you. I'm sure the principal will let you. And make sure you tell the counselor what's going on at home. Tell the counselor EVERYTHING, ok?? You must tell everything or else he/she won't be able to help you.

Let us know what happens, too. We REALLY care about you!!! I'll be waiting to hear what happens. God bless you sweetie, and take care. Hugs, Lee
