What does "going emo" mean to you? Everybody has emotions, and there are a lot of healthy ways to express your emotions. There are also a lot of families that have very low tolerance for emotions, and that doesn't feel very good and isn't very healthy. It sounds like you might be in a family that doesn't easily accept your real feelings. If you could say something to your parents about how you feel and they would accept it and understand it, what would you say to them? How do you think you could say it that they would be able to hear your message? What kind of response would you like to get from them?
