Thinking about my past is making me so emotional and now I can't stop crying.
I hate feeling like this.

Crying is hard to go through sometimes, but I do believe it can bring us healing also. sometimes our bodies just need to release these feelings. Hope it stops for you soon since you don't like the feelings.

I'm sorry

Times like these are no fun at all for me either. I repress the urge to cry whenever my eyes well with tears. I know that it isn't healthy ~ and that I should let go of the tears and emotions, but it goes against everything I believe to my very core.

I hope that these tears bring you some sense of relief from the stress and intense emotions, putting you into a better state of mind.

Don't you have a therapist, tinkerbell? Maybe I'm mixing things up ... but if you're working with someone, please stop what you're doing on your own and resume with your T. Digging in the past is dangerous work, forget sad and emotional. You need serious, professional, and continuing support, gal!! That way you won't just think about past events that still reach out and affect your present--with your T right there, you'll be able to start doing work on them to lessen their negative impact on you today.

I feel a little better today, No I don't have a T but I meant to start CBT soon though I have done my assessment.

I was having a BPD moment yesterday. They are horrible when they come but I will be out for the day today so hopefully should take my mind of things

Glad that you have a tdoc Tinkerbell. Hopefully you can work through some of these feeling in your therapy.
