I feel emotionally confused as like I am both scared/happy/worried/nervous. I was diagnosed with OCD, i feel a bit emotionally numb, and i feel tired and not tired at the same time, why is my mind confusing me?

What is going on in your life? Your mind is probably trying not to think about that so is acting confused for lack of a better way to cope. Do you have a therapist? Often they can help.

((((Dude)))) do you keep a journal? perhaps you can write down your thoughts...it might help you focus a bit so your brain can slow down.
