For just one brief moment i felt normal today. Not racked with anxiety and mental illness. I hope the feeling comes back. It was a very important second...it almost gives me hope.

Well, you have to start somewhere. Try to remember what you were doing when you felt normal and see if you can do it again. Even if it was just a moment or two it's still a big thing and I hope you can repeat it.
