Would it be possible for you to elaborate on this? Such as... when did this start? And has something happened recently that's leading to this?

Loss of hope is also related to depression, obviously. Are there any other symptoms?

Like what whatbeanbelieved said. To be more helpful, you have to elaborate your situation.

What makes you loose hope?

When dit it start?

Etc.....

In my experience, major ongoing therapy is the only help with a complete loss of hope. Have you tried looking into hospital day programs? That may be a great fit for you! At least once/week with a T, but preferably, meeting with a small group of other people also struggling to cope with life can help a lot.

I wish you the best!
