My mind is so annoying at times, it likes to play game with itself :S
Sometimes it will take characteristics of things on, or make me act out.
I get annoyed with it because the constant yo-yoing of thoughts won't stop at all.

It can go from blind anger, then to inner rage cause I always turn it in on myself. Im starting to get really annoyed with it now. Its like my mind has a mind of its own o.o Has anyone else had this problem?

xx

I have panic attacks and hypochondria.. it may not be exactly what your talking about.. but I basically have thoughts in my head .. that i guess you could say i start to believe. Like if im feeling depressed, then My mind starts thinking, Nobody loves you... nobody is your friend... etc.. All i can do is send hugs your way and say you are not alone.
