Why am I like this?? I cant stand it. Its hard for me to show emotions and a lot of times they aren't even genuine.. I feel like a robot or puppet of some sort- like trained.

I find it's a safety issue...if you show emotions you get feedback and maybe you aren't ready for confrontation. To be numb is to be safe.

It might be, but i feel like a bad person because of it or very disengenuine to people around me.. like a robot.

I understand the feeling of not showing your emotions. At one time, I knew it was the medication that caused that. Now, I think to show my emotions might result in uncontrolled outbursts that make me feel worse.
