Tell yourself out loud what you are feeling.
Sometimes when im too confused I just let myself get mad (scream in a pillow, jump up and down, scream in my house)
Then when im tired I just sit and wait. Sometimes I let myself cry afterwards. Sometimes im sick of feeling like **** and just try to enjoy something.

Don't stay in the bubble. It will just make you go crazier.

Just relax. Take deep breaths. TRY TO RELAX. If you cant, get angry. If you cant, just cry. Do an emotion that feels "right". Drink some water.
