I don't know what to think of my dad. One day he beats me and hates my guts. And another day he is telling me what a genius I am, and how I'm going to be so successful, and how he is proud of me.

I still hate him for beating me, but I'm happy that he thinks I'm going to be one of the greats.

What do I do?

Hello, GirlOfManyFaces. Does your mother know what is going on? Can you enlist her to help her? What about a school counselor? Sometimes school counselors will arrange meetings with parents to advocate for you.

Good luck.

Thanks for this!

My mother witnessed the beating, and my sister called the police. Bit they made me tell the officer I was okay. (Which I'm not) and I'm homeschooled.

Hey girlofmanyfaces, I would suggest you to speak to your dad when he is not angry. You can ask your mom to talk to him in regards to this.
Thanks for this!
