I was able to take action on an issue that seemingly has been bothering me more than I knew. I am not good at knowing my feelings or what they are about. But once I took action on this job related thing I started to feel better than I have in weeks. So I thought I'd update that here so that miserable whining isn't the sum total of my posts. Whew. I made a little step toward my goal . . . and I don't want to think about exactly why I felt so bad, because I might easily slide back into it, and I have lots of work to get done that I have gotten behind on.

Whew.

Well done you ! Forget the whining, we all do that, hey, read my whinimgs, and misery soup.
I too, have made small progress, like getting up ! I spent a whole year in bed, hiding, literally. Only getting up for food or to wash. No human contact, no daily activity. It's cost me dear. Physically I am so weak.
With help, I had to see a Doc, and begin my recovery. Am building myself again, slowly. I ended up so frail. I lost my job, and hit rock bottom. Enjoy the feeling of addressing obsticles, and challenges. Well done. Achieving is a great mood booster. Be glad and grateful, and build on that.
Good for you !
Thanks for this!
