So I'm on meds but plan to taper off soon. My biggest worry is that old feelings will return. You see, in this particular scenario I was/am being surveiled by people at my job, even when I'm not at work. This causes anger which can become all-consuming. Right now I don't feel it because I'm so drugged up but I want to be able to deal with these feelings appropriately should they return. All advice will be appreciated.

hi there

i really don't have much advice except take a deep breathe and count to ten.

but if you're this anxious about it, maybe you're not ready to taper off your meds yet?
