I'm tired of the anger, sadness, anxiety, and pain everyday. I feel like I'm at the end of the rope. I have no idea what to do anymore

I can totally relate, as I am going through something similar right now. I know it may feel like you are powerless, but you do have some options. Is there someone you can talk to about whatever is making you feel this way, like a friend or a counselor? It might also help for you to discuss this with your doctor - if these feelings are being caused by chemical imbalances, it's important to discuss treatment options. I can understand how you may feel like you are at the end of your rope, ArmyGirl, but there are always things you can do to figure out what is causing these feelings, and what can be done to improve your situation. I really feel for you, and if you ever need to talk, let me know :-)

You need to keep going. I know it's hard and I know you want to give up but you can't. You are better than whatever is hurting you and causing you pain. Talk to a trusted friend, family member, counselor, therapist, anyone! It really helps by talking to someone! You can't let this control you. Don't bottle your feelings up. You are strong, beautiful, and you can get through this! I believe in you.

Maybe the end of the rope is just the begining of the rope. You can use the rope to climb out of the anxiety.
