I feel so anxious and jittery today. Also a little hostile.
Nothing has actually happened to me today or yesterday to cause this, so WTF? In fact, hubby and I are going out tonight to a sci-fi festival so I should be in a good mood right? Need to get rid of this feeling before we go out tonight. Don't want to ruin the experience for hubby or myself. What to do? |

Hi Yellowfrog -- I'm sorry I didn't see this yesterday.
I wasn't online, cause I'm fighting bursitis in my right arm, and it's been killing me.Anyway, do you feel better today? How is the anxiety and the nerves? Any more hostility? Do you have ANY idea where it came from? How did your evening out go? I hope you enjoyed the movie with your hubby. I'm sure you don't get a chance to do that very often. ![]() Let me know how you're feeling, okay? I'd really like to know. Hope to talk to you later. Hugs, Lee

The Sci-Fi event went well.
I don't know what happened yesterday but it's not the first time. Usually it's just out of the blue. Thank god it doesn't happen that often but when it does I have no way of dealing with it. I work from home and I am a mom to a 14 year old. Add in pets and hubby and my responsibilities mount. No way I can hide myself until it passes. |
