It started as an occasional nightmare after stressful days, but now I dream about tidal waves almost every night, so much so that I just expect it to happen. Every night I drown in my dreams and lately it's been happening over and over again throughout the night. Sometimes I wake up and I can't breathe, so I'm afraid to sleep now. What's going on?

Well you're stressing yourself out more and more, but you don't have a way to release it. Maybe you should exercise more, or find hobbies that relax you. You need to let out all your bottled up emotions, because dreams are your subconsciousness. Obviously something is bothering you, and its getting worse.

I woke up today at 6, took a shower for the first time in months, came very close to eating breakfast, and essentially feel fantastic. This is kind of freaking me out. It's like everything that bugs me went away.

Well, just don't do anything extremely drastic. You don't want to do something and then hit rock bottom again.... I'm glad you're happy

Hahahaha... I'm scared... I should set things on fire...
Drastic being...? Obtaining a Swedish boyfriend and running away to wherever the heck that is, only to drown trying to swim across the ocean?

Fire how does one "kill" fire?
That is definitely drastic.
