I've been feeling so strange. I've been crying and laughing. My body is constantly shaking. I feel super nervous over nothing. I feel scared. I feel like the world might blow up or something. I go outside and try to hold back the tears. What should I do?

do breathing exercises help? are you seeking treatment for the issues? Maybe an extra session and talking it over with your psych or pdoc can help? ((hugs)) sorry it's rough right now.

Do you think the feelings you are experiencing that you describe here are related to this? What you are describing here are a lot of the symptoms that come with the hormone change of being pregnant for some women
