This may seem odd, but I think I've forgotten how to feel. This may be result of my meds, I don't know. My fiance just left me and I feel lost and cloudy minded, but not really saddened or emotional. If that makes any sense. This has been going on for awhile now. Even while I was with her, feeling love, happy and other feelings with her, just weren't there! I just feel "blank" and "empty"! Has anyone else experienced this?

I went through this a few months ago! I'd figured its a coping mechanism due to all the stress I'd been though and now that I'd recognised this I had to try and face up to my emotions sooner or later - which was hard when I thought I didn't have any. And when they returned, man did they come back with a bang :/
I thought it was a good thing a first but after a while you feel lifeless, I start dissociating a lot and daydreaming, slipping to of reality a little more each day, finding it hard to concentrate particularly in conversations. Being without emotion is like eating food without the taste, it gets to you after a while. I hope you manage to reconnect with them soon x

Yeah, not feeling much of anything I think gets me more and more depressed! So, I guess I can feel one thing, but I'd like to feel other feelings. Eventually, I'd like to move on to a different and new GF, but right now, that won't work.
