It depends on the nature of your concern. If you are depressed, there is a forum for that. If it is relationship related, illness related, ditto.

Go to the most appropriate topic and start a thread there.

Wherever you want to, that sounds like it's relative to what you're dealing with like, if you're dealing with hurting yourself, you can post in "Self-Injury", etc. You can find a really long list under the 'Forums' tab. Welcome, and I really hope you find what you are looking for <3
