Physically my whole body is reacting towards all the emotional issues from my upper neck all down towards my back it is just pure knots and pain. I am aware that my feelings end up with my body reacting ...... I have had chiro session plus acupuncture sessions also tried Bikram yoga over the last two days it seems well I am quite aware that my physical body is close to breaking point. How try to relax but how ? three girls, no one who is willing and happy to help me out, then work is fulltime I do also self affirmations trying to just let go and trust but this is ridiculous two weeks straight so much pain...,.

You are taking care of your self. Try taking a few vacation days or sick days off from work.

Thanks am working so to say from home today drop the kids off at childcare work a few hours crash the other ones so to speak am just exhausted
