I hate u...I love u.... Don't leave me....why r u with me? Daily thoughts. How to slow down and just spend one day feeling one way...I don't remember the last day this happened to me. I just want one day.

Have you seen a therapist? They might could help you with this issue. It must be a very tiring cycle. Can understand why you would want it to stop.
