I have always a problem with facial expressions. When I hold facial expressions a certain way, people always think that I am angry. I never could figure this out. I always got angry whenever people thought I was angry when I held my facial expressions a certain way. Then the other person got angry, in turn it got me even angrier.
Is anyone else is having trouble with facial expressions? |

Yes, so much yes! People are constantly telling me to "cheer up" this face is just my face, it doesnt mean anything! Doesnt matter how I am actually feeling it always looks the same.

I have the same issue. Folks think my regular face is a mad face. Then when I try to cheer it up a bit, people think it's a smug face.
Nowadays I look into a mirror and practice using pictures on the Internet that are tied to emotions. ![]() |

My husband always tells me I look l like I'm disappoving. It's just my natural face. My mouth naturally turns down. I have to really work at remembering to smile so people don't think I'm grumpy.
