It took everything I had physically and emotionally to be with my family to watch a stupid football game. I have not watched a game since November 9 and I was holding my daddy's hand. He died the next morning but he made it through the game. I am so mad and sad because our team lost. I feel like it was a slap in the face to my daddy's memory. I know that is irrational and I should let it go but .....I don't think I will ever watch football again

From what I see,the most important thing for your
Dad's memory, was that you held his hand;I thought that was really loving, and THAT'S what was important. Sure it would have been nice for game to have worked out in favor, but hell, against that scene you painted,it was nothing---LOVE IS EVERYTHING! God Bless, BLUEDOVE |

You are in grief and mourning right now. We are all here to be of support. What you are experiencing is very normal.
