My own personal "bully"

I wouldn't necessarily call them a bully.. because they haven't done nearly as much as some bullies i've seen.

Quick backround:

This boy- liked me and we went to homecoming together.. Then I realized I didn't like him so I straight up told him "I don't like you like that." in the nicest way I could. He asked "So theres no hope? I should give up?" and because I don't believe in leading people on if you know you aren't attracted to them I said "Yes. You should move on." again in the nicest way I could I didn't want to hurt him..

Then he started showing up at my house when I told him I couldn't hang out. He would drive by and take pictures of my house and send them to me.
He told everyone I was annoying and a bunch of names.
He'd constantly text asking exactly what I was doing.
I told him I was with my friend Caitlyn and couldn't text (which I couldn't I wanted to spend time with her)
So he texts Caitlyn: "What is she doing? Is she texting anyone? Who are you with?" ALL THE TIME
He would send me angry texts whenever I wouldn't talk to him that day or if I said like "I don't like cars" and he would take it as a personal insult because he "likes cars" and I make him sound like an idiot for liking cars. When it had nothing to do with him.
I told him I needed space and A LOT happened and the school got involved and I hardly see him anymore.

PRESENT TIME:
I went to a party tonight and I do still think he is nice except for when he gets angry.
He was at the party and we talked a little just hung out with friends.
He ended up in my car for a little and we got into a conversation about how I don't want to buy woofers for my car.
I honestly just never wanted them and said they are waste of money for me.
Then he said "way to make me sound like a jerk for wanting to take care of my car" when I wasn't even thinking about him he had asked if I was ever going to buy that. I didn't think he was going to take my answer so personally.

Well tonight he texts me saying "You need to realize that you really annoy me. To a point where it pisses me off"

This is just the beginning of texts for the night because when he gets into this rage zone he has sent me text saying things like it's all my fault he doesn't get invited.

He once told me that if I took a certain person to prom then I should be prepared for trouble.
When he gets really angry it really scares me. He will say so many things until I literally feel just numb. Normally I don't care what most people say. But he will just keep digging it in about how horrible I am. And how it's all my fault. And even when he isn't angry he will just say things like "I don't care about you." or "Go away. Get out of my face. Leave". "Nobody wants you here." etc. etc. etc.
