How do you cope with the feeling of being alone? You don't necessarily need to be home alone or anything you can feel alone in a room filled of people.
Is there a coping strategy or do you bottle it up? What helps you feel like you're not alone?

The worse thing is being alone with a bunch of people. Usually it has to do with the fact they are not really saying anything from their hearts. It is your judgement if you want to speak from your heart, depending on the social situation.

Seeing and using your heart will help.
Thanks for this!
