I have many anger and hatred regarding my parents. I don't remember how all this build up, it's been life long.

Because of economic and other reason I am stuck living with them.

I am angry and upset easily, may be because of the deep emotion. This is hurting myself so badly.

I am sorry that you're stuck living with your parents, while you hold onto these deep, dark feelings inside. That is hard! (((hugs))) to you

I hope that you find some healthy ways to work through your difficult emotions, especially since you're feeling stuck there for now. After my ex-hub and I split up, I had to move in with my parents for about 6 months. Boy, that was tough! My feelings towards my parents are similar, deep resentment inside of me.

Anyway, I stuck to my given bedroom as much as I could. I also went on long, fast walks for exercise (a few miles once or more per day) and letting go of my emotions. It helped. I cleaned while they slept or went to work ~ I had to get rid of my negative energy somehow! I had no money and no car, which didn't leave me with a lot of options. I also went to the local library to hang out, borrow books, and use their computers. Lastly, I sought out professional T help, to help me work through all of my emotions.

I agree with shezbut...you need an outlet for your anger, if not it will continue to consume you! Best of luck and sorry to hear!

i've been there too and it is no way to live, im sorry you seem to have no other options at this point

I agree with Shezbut. I think those are some really good coping skills until you can get out. Meditation is another way to release angry feelings.
