Does anyone else feel like they deserve to die? Or that dying is the only way they can redeem themselves? I feel like such a creep

Every living beings deserve to die. But not at the hand of us humans. We're terrible decision makers with regards to death. Just let Life takes over you while you live it and the End takes care of itself. Point being, the living are meant to live. Deaths are for those who has. have you ?

I do. Sometimes I wish I could give my life away to someone who really wants to live. I feel so bad when I'm here wishing I was dead 80% of the time while there are people out there fighting illnesses and such who want nothing but to live.

Yea I do too, I think it's normal to feel that way when you're feeling upset or down which can lead to negative thoughts as to how useless you are.
Hope you get better

Hi,

My take on this subject is that people often start thinking about ending their life when they find no reason to continue living. May be if you change the perspective of your thinking and search for reasons to continue living? May be there is something somewhere which or who needs you to live and continue living? Think on those lines for an answer.

You are probably feeling you are not "Good Enough". This is probably a feeling left over from childhood. Therapy can help you understand Childhood. But also under stand your childhood feeling of not being good enough, is not even relevant to who you are today and you life today.

What if you were to think about it from another angle and let the thoughts just sit there.

No judgement at all.

The fact is that every single living thing on this planet will die. None of it deserves to die.

It may live for an hour
It may live for a day
It may live for 100 years
It may be a millennium.

Does a flower deserve to die? Does a lion deserve to die for killing its prey? Do you deserve to die for having emotions?

Live your life the best way you can with the time you are given.
