I wonder if this happens to anyone else, but I can completely control my emotions. I can sometimes stop being controlling (I don't control them 90% of the time) but if I stop and think for a second "This is psychological, you are making yourself feel those things." My emotions can be gone (Example: fear). Anyone feel this way?

Yup...... It's a matter of realizing that you can choose to feel fear or sadness or happiness or any other emotion. Sometimes, though, it takes a while to be able to make the choice.
Thanks for this!

Thanks for this post. I think the older you become and the more experience you go through, the more aware of your emotions you are. The more aware you are.... the more you learn how to deal with them. I am learning how to deal with mine. Maybe some day I will be able to completely control myself.... lol.
