Feeling the way I have for weeks now and having nothing get better, I have decided to start this thread in hopes of at least being able to change how I am thinking right now.
I am sure I'm not the only one, so lets share this and realize that if we think hard enough, something positive is happening in our lives right now.

I have seed and plant catalogs to look through for spring planting.
They came in the mail the other day. That means spring will be here soon. |

I have nearly achieved my today's sport goal of swimming 1.5 hour(1h 20 min today). I am happy with this result.

I get the opportunity to play my guitar and sing today at a coffee house. It's good to finally get out of the house I've been in the house too long and it really puts depression on.
