I just wish I could go back to bed and start this day over! First off was not a good night of sleep. Not really nightmares but active dreams. I woke up feeling like I ran all night. Then coming down the stairs I fell. Just making everything that already hurts, hurt worse. Then the babies keep getting in to everything, fish tank cords, TV box, Esc esc. I feel so freaking stressed out!!! Nothing is helping today. I'm just glad its Friday. I just wish I could do all the things I used to be able to do before getting hurt. It just makes me so pissed at myself of being so weak. Sorry had to vent a little.

Go easy on yourself, you are not weak, if you didn't sleep well, it really effects you. Try and do something nice today, just for you. Hugs

It will all be ok. Take a few deep relaxing breaths. Be kind to yourself.
