One of the problems I have with living in the moment, is that the moment can pretty awful. It is only hope for the future that makes the moment bearable at all.

Sorry you are feeling pretty awful. I know all too well that feeling. My only hope for the future is two fold: 1. Do better in my therapy. 2. Retire from the workforce (in 13 years). Hugs to you.
Thanks for this!

I have this huge problem with living in the moment. I will say yes or no to pretty much anything just because I'm in the moment. I do not get easily peer pressured I've always done what I want to do without caring about whose doing it with me or not. But what sucks about living in the moment is that I am the most undecided person I know, literally! So I can be completely into something for a moment and the next completely back out. I'm afraid that I'll one day make an important decision that I can't take back and end up living with regret.
Thanks for this!
