I have a slight fear of being alone in dark places, whether it be outside or inside. Also, even if a place is lit up, if I am in a large open space indoors at night, even when there are lights on I still feel creeped out. I don't understand why I feel this way but in either case I feel like I could get hurt or something. I never been hurt before or attacked but I feel like just that fear is causing it. I am fine when other people are around but I still feel creeped out when alone. During the daylight, I am perfectly fine. Don't understand.

I feel that way sometimes too. You can try practicing relaxation techniques to make you feel less anxious in a situation like that

What you are feeling is quite normal. I think we all feel that way to some degree. If the anxieity gets to strong, then a therapist can help.
