I've cried almost every day for two weeks. My mind is fixated on what has me like this. I think about it multiple times per minute for weeks. Fixating and crying.

Do you know what is causing the deluge of tears? Is there a trigger for you?

Hi Zorghen, really sorry you're feeling like this. Like smmath asked is there anything that's causing this or making it worse?
There are a lot of understanding people on here if you want to tell us a bit more maybe we can help/support you a bit better.
It is really good that you're starting to share how you feel with us though, hope to hear a bit more from you and welcome to PC.

It's scary acknowledging that you are having problems and trying to figure out why (I read your posts in "New Member Intos"). Maybe the "crying" is a release and coming to terms that you have problems. You are in a place where others will understand you. If you are depressed/crying for too long...you will need some help learning how to cope!!! You will start understanding "who you are" and you will also see all the great things about you!
