sorry if wrong place but really had no idea where was appropriate. this is more a thought than emotion but obviously brings many emotions with it , none good !! problem is i just cant shake this thought , just randomly comes into my head over and over again and i feel it so very strongly , life is pointless

The emotion you are dealing with is common depression. Therapy can help if this gets to severe.
