My warning bells are going off. Danger! Caution! Disaster eminent!

A sickening feeling in my belly. For no apparent reason.

It is making me feel fearful and anxious. It is bothersome.

I am safe, home with my partner watching movies. Nothing to worry about, nothing concrete troubling me.

Totally frustrated with the sinking doom feelings.

Thank you. I took a valerian and feel better. Was even able to not over eat at dinner. Anxiety reeks.

Hello, Fishymoon. Have there been other occasions on which you have experienced similar feelings? If so, did something occur which affirmed your feelings that something was amiss were correct? Again, if so, is there a way to use this information to your benefit in the future?

If you have not had a physical lately, it wouldn't hurt to rule out other physiological issues...

1) 1. Anxiety. Heart attack can cause intense anxiety or a fear of death. Heart attack survivors often talk about having experienced a sense of "impending doom."
