My warning bells are going off. Danger! Caution! Disaster eminent!
A sickening feeling in my belly. For no apparent reason. It is making me feel fearful and anxious. It is bothersome. I am safe, home with my partner watching movies. Nothing to worry about, nothing concrete troubling me. Totally frustrated with the sinking doom feelings.

Thank you. I took a valerian and feel better. Was even able to not over eat at dinner. Anxiety reeks.
