Today has been an emotional Roller Coaster for me. While at work i found my self sitting in my car 3 times in tears. Perfectly fine one minute sitting at my desk working and in the car boo hooing like a baby the next. Will this ever get any better. And i haven't even been diagnosed with anything yet.......

Perhaps you should seek out professional help. There are different ways to make this better, therapy, medication, coping skills. I hope you will feel better
