Hi I feel sad too. Sometimes it feels so overwhelming I can't figure out why. I hope tomorrow's better for you too. I feel like just when things can't get worse, they do. But one of these tomorrow's they will.

Hi livinglife, I'm glad you're feeling a bit better now but maybe some of that sadness was from your friends going again (after you'd met them) after having been without them (missing them?) and then seeing them again. Are you going to get to see them again soon? or are there other friends you can catch up with- maybe not the same but............?
Still we're here for you too and if you're feeling depressed for whatever reason or no reason you can think of then we're here to listen and try to support you.
Best wishes
Alison

I know that I can be sad sometimes for seemingly no reason, just hang in there.

It was a different day. It was alright, with still the sad feeling hanging over. Sometimes it just hits. With friends I just went and sat by myself because I felt sad and didnt want to make the others sad. Just found out a couple hours ago, we lost water at our house, its been raining all week and we think the well has just had enough. Its stressful, and my moms stressed. I have to take my car to the dealership tomorrow so they can figure out why I have to add oil to it every week.. But I get to see an old friend tomorrow for a couple days so that will be good. And 6 month anniversary with my boyfriend is this weekend. Things are mostly going well, I dont know why I get this sad feeling Thank you all for your continual kind words. I hope you all had a wonderful day.

Hi Living life, I hope you can find something, even the smallest blessings in your life, to help you feel happy. I get sad a lot too, but I just have to believe things will get better, and so do you. :-)

Hi livinglife, sometimes that feeling can come from nowhere. I don't know that you need to worry about making your friends sad though. If they're your friends they're going to care about the way you're feeling and would want to be there for you. Maybe try and let them in just a little more if you're feeling like that again.
Afterall if one of your friends were feeling like you do you'd want to know, right? You wouldn't want them to feel that they had to keep it to themselves, right?
And the water......your mom being stressed......perhaps you could talk to her about how you're feeling about it too.........maybe you two could empathise with each other on that one......you are in the both in the same situation and you both might feel a bit better just sharing/venting/letting it out, do you think??????
But just try to make the most of your friend visiting and your anniversary (hope you've got something special whatever it is, planned- even if it's just being together!!). Those are times you don't want to lose/look over if you can help it. And really good you've got them coming up.
Oh, and good luck with the car tomorrow as well!!!
Alison

Sad hits sometimes when I least expect it. I could be anywhere doing anything, even with the one person who makes me happiest in the world and it would swoop down out of the blue, pun intended , and I would just have to take a deep breath and swallow hard. But I concentrate on that person I'm with and after a while I can forget that I'm sad.

livinglife, I hope the sads don't come today and spoil everything. Blue can be a pretty color.

The saddness is here again. Trying to stay positive, keep praying this goes away, and trying to make the best of it.

Hi livinglife, sorry you're feeling this way again. Is there anything that may have triggered it, or any changes to your "day-to-day" routine that might help??? Maybe something to think about???
Although you're right trying to stay positive can be helpful sometimes/for some people too. So admire your fight/determination!!!
And on the note of being positive..........have you got lists of things, or things that help you try to be positive??
I'm thinking about things you've done; things/people in your life; things you're planning or could plan to do; or even quotes, sayings, webpages, youtube videos, music or any personal possessions you may have which carry meaning for you??? Perhaps worth doing a bit of an inventory of those things and adding to them if you need to???
But if you want to talk some more............

Here it is, the emptiness feeling inside of me. I spent the night last night with my lovely man, and I saw him this morning. I spent the day with my mom, I have been feeling empty all day. I dont like it, and I dont know what to do about it. /:
