9 Sneaky Reasons You're In A Bad Mood (And What To Do About It)

Most of these are pretty obvious to us, I sometimes need a refresher in the basics. Remember to get sunshine, when I'm isolating I often dont even open the curtains.
The slides of colors for moods are pretty cool if you just want to look at some relaxing pics.

Below is an excerpt of the article.

There are lots of reasons to be in a less-than-stellar mood. Strained relationships, financial woes and health problems can all conspire to bring down your mental well-being. For factors like these, we have very little control or say over the outcome. But fortunately, there are a few small things you can change in your life to give your mental state a little lift.

I read the article with a horrible posture actually. I need to start exercising (and maybe going back to physiotherapy).
Thanks for this!

This article reminded me of how much I need to get outside I must start walking again like I was earlier this summer. I have probably been inside for a straight two weeks now and I'm getting pale again.

I'm guilty of 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 9. No wonder I've been so moody lately. Can't remember the last time I smiled/laughed, either.

Thanks for the article. I was just coming on here to rant, but now I don't have to.
