A lot of stressful things have happened to me lately and the pain has just built up. Every thought seems to bring more pain inside me. I try to deal with it as it comes but it just keeps coming. Thought after painful thought. Events and people that have hurt me come to mind one after the other. It hurts!

Hello, PianogirlPlays. If you are receiving professional help, have you talked about what you are experiencing?

I wish you well.

Hi Pianogirlplays.

Stress can be overwhelming. It can really trigger negative thoughts which can turn into painful feelings. So how do you stop the thoughts? I wish I knew. I have the same problem. Sometimes it helps me to not accept negative thoughts at face value. I try to question them or moderate or rephrase them. That sometimes brings down my stress and anxiety. Good luck!

Painful that getting hurt or upset just sets off a day of trouble. The pain is real. Anger turned inward . Too much. Too often. Too many.
