Hi, I have a problem with emotions , in that I feel them lodged in my chest or gut but won't give myself the permission to cry / shout / anything.

I do cry sometimes but it is only every 5 months or so, after everything has bottled up so much.

I realise a lot of people can't stop crying, but I sometimes wish I could cry, but it feels like I am not worth it.

I find other ways to vent like being active, but would like help / opinion on how to unbottle emotions please.
Thanks
Hugs from:

I know how that feels. Try journaling. Maybe there is a pattern to your emotions. Get outside and walk or run around. That helps me release bottled up energy. Hope you find a release. Bottled up emotions can really exhaust you.
