so I am noting my anger has been escalating really badly for a long time now...

and most of it comes from my boyfriend and my mother.

they are always both getting onto me...about the fact that I am angry so often and how they don't like it...

but its annoying I mean for crying out loud I have ptsd, i am bipolar anger is going to be something I struggle with a lot with those two things.

and frankly a lot of the things are that are going on for me right now from either one of them are bound to piss me off.

he tells me he is going to come home soon, and then he turns around and stays where he is cause his friend sees he is in a bad mood and think he should play a video game to help him cool down.

first of all I know its not his problem...but the fact he has friends to go to and to hang out with and I do not...cause I have had way to many issues with dumb *****es ...treating me like crap in the past.

I do not have friends like he does so I don't get to go out and hang out with people.

and frankly I don't give a **** if he is staying there a little longer...but seriously you can't just tell me what is going on......

my rapid cycle bipolar has just been going through the roof as of recently and I just can't deal with this ....it makes things hard on me and other people....I know being as emotional as I am is an issue for people but I don't seem to know what to do to make this stop.

Hi, kala! I am so sorry about what's happening. Have you told your doctor or therapist? Maybe you need a med change.

kala83, Have you talked with your doctor about your escalating anger? I'm sure he/she would have some suggestions to help you cope. I'm sorry you are feeling this way.

I only just got back to seeing a therapist and he is a new one for me at that....due to how the system at the place I go to works...and I have not yet seen my psychiatrist as of yet.
