Hi SadAndEmpty, really sorry you're feeling like this
Plenty of really understanding/supportive people here, but you can always put a thread in the depression forum as well as this one if you want to.
Still it is good that you're getting your feelings out there, sometimes it's a matter of just trying to hang in there, but it can help to talk sometimes.
So sending you hugs: and best wishes, and if you want to talk...........
Alison

Last night, it all suddenly welled up inside of me. Cried myself to sleep.

Hi SadNEmpty
Sometimes when there's other things to focus on (and I know you have a lot to focus on!!) you can temporarily put your feelings to one side or bury them, but of course that doesn't mean they just go away, and when.............
Maybe there's times you could think about when you might be feeling the most vulnerable though??? e.g. after a really busy day..........when you're on your own........and if you can try to have someone not so far away for support at those times if you need some/one.........your husband?? or log onto here??
Or maybe find some times in the day where you can take "a breather"/recoup just a little?? Let out/talk about things a little??
And maybe writing down how/all the things you're feeling/thinking could help with another outlet???
Of course sometimes there's no avoiding the build up of emotions and............., but you know they are going to pass, right??
And you know we're here for you as well at those times
Alison

Alison... thank you for your words of care and knowledge! I wish I had more words to respond to you. They just won't come right now. Please know I value your comments though.
